FULL-TIME HOURS WITH: NO Weekends, Early Out Fridays, FIRST shift!
The TracVac team is growing and we are looking to add motivated team members to our factory!
We manufacture multiple product lines from start to finish (some pretty fun products I might add) and we are looking for an eager and reliable individual who is ready to do something that matters with an opportunity to gain new skills! Welders, Assemblers, and Fabricators we are looking for you! Great mechanical ability - you too!
ALL POSITIONS:
- Operate various machines and tools used in the production process
- Establish and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while taking care of equipment and facilities
- Follow all safety procedures, company policies and quality standards
- Maintain the tools used
- Test finished products for defects
Welder Responsibilities
- Weld (mainly MIG) and fabricate various metal components using fixturing, work instructions and blueprints
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans or drawings to determine the specific welding and assembly requirements
- Layout, position, square and secure parts, and assemblies prior to welding
- Set up welding stations and machines based on the job at hand or procedure
Fabricators:
- Fabricating and constructing metal components
- Grinding and finishing completed products
- Performing quality checks on completed products
- Measuring and marking out cutting and bending lines
- Setting up metalwork machinery
Assemblers:
- Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production.
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.
Qualifications
- Experience is preferred, but also accepting entry level applicants with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and follow intermediate measurements and instructions.
- Ability to work with little supervision, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
- Ability to learn basic computer skills to communicate via email, document daily work and progress, and track procurements and status
- Always attentive to detail and alert to ensure safety
- Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers

Hours: Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday 7 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Overtime could be required (extended hours on Friday). No weekends!
