Associate Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to manage KT product innovation and renovation projects from the idea stage to launch.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working cross-functionally and deep knowledge of end-to-end project management. Your main responsibilities include translating user insights into product requirements. Our ideal candidates should combine analytical skills, consumer first thinking, and an entrepreneurial drive.
Ultimately, you'll work with internal teams to build products that fill gaps in market, increase customer satisfaction, and grow the KT business.
Responsibilities
- Market research and competitive analysis
- Product concept testing through discover, develop and deliver phases
- Prepare and present projects in executive Stage Gate meetings
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
- Liaise with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations departments to ensure proper positioning of new products and align on product support levels
- Monitor and report on product performance 1 year post launch
Requirements and skills
- Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager, Associate Brand Manager, Product Marketing Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior and marketing techniques
- Experience giving creative direction for product packaging and displays
- Knowledge of project management tools, like Monday.com, Asana or Trello
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams such as R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, Sales and Regulatory
- MBA preferred, or Bachelor's degree in relevant field with additional, applicable experience
