Job Summary:
Responsible for the execution and implementation of the safety department’s reporting programs, record retention, and associated follow-up, scheduling training and tracking departmental expenditures. Also, plans all events for the department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of Gensuite including reporting capabilities
- Responsible for Incident Investigation assignments, tracking progress, follow up and presentations
- Make action item assignments and any required follow-up
- Schedule Emergency Response Team training offsite and onsite and maintain records of all activities
- Responsible for reporting and dissemination of all training information
- Responsible for Safety Data Sheet online process for the refinery
- Maintain all safety related documentation
- Responsible for budget general ledger accounts and tracking departmental spending
Required Qualifications – Education, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but equivalent experience acceptable
