We are hiring an Associate Financial Advisor to manage the relationships of roughly 200 client households, $40 million in assets and work out of our Dayton, OH office.

Our practice has grown from $16 million AUM in 2011 to $480 million today. We have been recognized as a Private Wealth Advisor Practice and have received the Forbes Best in State Management Teams award along with many individual advisor awards.

Over this time, we have continually screened our clientele for quality individuals who are willing to receive advice and good people we enjoy working with. Our knowledgeable advice and proactive service approach has been rewarded with much growth from our clients. The AFA will assist our two financial advisors in working with existing and new clients. The advisors will lead you as you hone your skills and build a base of clients which you service. As an AFA, you will be instrumental in creating and delivering a unique client experience that defines and differentiates the practice.

Although the qualifications listed below are necessary, the primary quality we seek is an individual that will work well on a team. Someone who can primarily focus on the team’s goals versus personal success. By doing so, we believe personal success can and will be achieved.

Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Services, Finance, Marketing or similar field
· FINRA Series 7 license
· FINRA Series 66 (or 63 & 65 combined)
· Insurance License (life, accident & variable products)
· Minimum of 5 years financial planning experience
CFP designation preferred and should be willing to acquire APMA, CFA or CIMA designation.
