Associate Chiropractor Job description

Weddington Chiropractic Wellness Center at Blakeney is seeking a dedicated, and highly motivated Associate Chiropractor to join our team and grow with our booming office! This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a very successful and established practice of 40+ years with a growing and established client base located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

If you’re a DC with a passion for holistic/naturopathic healthcare with a lifestyle of health, wellness, functional medicine, and helping/leading others to feel their best too, this position is for you! The right person to join our team can fulfill and demonstrate the following:

Qualifications:

• Must be a dynamic, energetic, passionate, and self-motivated Doctor of Chiropractic and interest in naturopathic medicine
• Must be coachable and motivated to learn/hone new technical skills along with excellent communication, customer service, and personal skills
• Experience and/or an interest in holistic integrative healthcare.

• Must have/pursue an active chiropractic license in the state of NC

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and care for patients of all ages with varying abilities and conditions in a family and wellness-based clinic
• Utilize and administer chiropractic therapies such as Diversified, Thompson, Activator techniques, soft tissue mobilizations, and extremity adjustments
• Conduct a variety of movement assessments, spinal/neuromusculoskeletal screenings, record patient history and SOAP notes in proper documentation on EHR

Benefits/Compensation:

• Pay: $65k salary to start (depending on experience)
• Bonus Incentives based on performance and achievement of practice goals
• IRA with 3% Match (eligible after 6 months employment)
• 3 Days PTO after 90 days employment and 8 days PTO after 6 months. Additional days accrue with employment
• Malpractice Insurance, Continuing Education, and/or Health Insurance Stipend
