Global Supply Chain (GSC) Track Fast Facts:

• Rotation cycles start in January, September, & December annually.
• Three, 8-month long rotations over two years giving SLPs exposure to our different businesses, roles, and how we work as one global team, united around delivering common goals that will support the future growth of Stanley Black & Decker.
• Most diverse career paths including, but not limited to the following areas:

  • Distribution / Fulfillment
  • Supply / Demand Planning / Logistics
  • Sourcing / Procurement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Logistics, Analytics/Planning, Environmental, Health & Safety or other related majors.
• Academic excellence (minimum GPA of 3.0).
• One or more internship experiences in related roles as outlined in above career paths.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 3 years of professional experience (including internship experiences).
• Willing to relocate to business locations within the same region, based on assignments and business need
• Passion and knowledge of function and industry.
• Demonstrated leadership values & behaviors, and core professional skills such as teamwork, effective communication, relationship building, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships.
• Thinks and acts with the highest degree of integrity, good business ethics, and accountability.
• Software/Program experience preferred: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, DeepHow, Tulip.
• Must show proof of citizenship and/or legal work authorization within the region/country where you are applying.
