Assistant Operations Manager, Laundry and Housekeeping Job at MPHM LLC
Private family estate in Kihei is searching for an Assistant Manager of Operations.
This person will assist in the overall management of the estate but will have a strong emphasis on laundry and housekeeping.
The ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy managing the entire laundry regiment including the washing of clothes, linens and towels.
- Have experience with laundering high value, delicate garments.
- Be responsible for the ironing of the family on a routine basis.
- Come to us with luxury hospitality experience and have at least two (2) years of similar work experience (preferred).
- Enjoys working in a very hands-on household and is flexible to assist in other areas of the household as needed.
- Is service minded and can stay focused on meeting and exceeding the highly private Principals’ needs.
- Interact and maintain integrity, confidentiality, and sensitivity when working with both internal and external customers/vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
The work schedule will be 40 hours per week but will vary based on the needs of the Principal and estate.
Salary for this role is starting at $80,000.
