Assistant Manager (Full-Time) for Property Management / Willing to Train Job at Royal T Management

As an Assistant Manager you will have a major role in the operations of the apartment community and staff. Some of the duties will include:
Provide excellent customer service, generate traffic through marketing, coordinate and process paperwork related to apartment rentals, schedule maintenance and vendors for work orders and turnover, collect rent, serve appropriate notices, inspect homes at move out, control and track expenses, and handle all resident issues to ensure beneficial long-term residency.
Some of these duties will be modified due to Covid-19.
Requirements for this Position:
Outgoing and Friendly Personality
Minimum 2 consistent years of Customer Service. Sales experience is a plus.

Computer Savvy. Office Experience a plus
Open Schedule with Availability to Work Every Weekend
Reliable Transportation with Valid DL and Liability Insurance
To be able to work in the Fresno and Clovis areas

We social distance in the office. All workstations are at least 6 ft apart. Sanitation takes place every 2 hours. Hand sanitizer, soap and water is provided.
