The manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurants, and for recruiting, leading and developing the restaurant staff to execute outstanding QSC&V. The manager must build sales and control costs to deliver results above the Co-Op Average. The Manager is responsible for promoting a positive service attitude in the restaurants, and must consistently demonstrate and reinforce McDonald's values and leadership behaviors to gain commitment from crew and to build positive business relationships with corporate partners, vendors and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, proficient knowledge of PC and corporate tools/systems, and excellent verbal and written communication skills will be the keys to success.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
