Job Purpose:
Responsible for training and motivating Court Monitors, Cashiers, Concession Employees, and other staff to strive for their personal best and have a positive impact on guests at Big Air Trampoline Park, Buena Park.

Primary (Essential) Duties:
- Manage day to day operation of front line staff with a high expectation for job knowledge, guest services, and task accuracy.
- Assist guests with needs not addressed by front line staff.
- Anticipate potential issues and make proactive decisions, rather than being reactive to situations.
- Be willing to assist with front line duties: Expeditor, Cashier, Court Monitor, and Events Host.
- Collaborate with Supervisors to manage daily labor with shift charts (time clock and breaks), trampoline safety standards, guest service concerns, facility security, Health Department Standards in kitchen, opening or closing procedures, and cutting labor when applicable.
- Report facility activity to the General Manager.
- Schedule staff as needed, while being conscious of efficiency and controlling the number of staff members per shift to keep labor costs down.
- Training Court Monitors and/or Cashiers on safe operation of all attractions and POS system.
- Manage Supervisor’s on the “Deck” to ensure all staff is alert and operating at is Safest at all times.
- Perform daily maintenance inspections, and report any issues that require immediate assistance to the GM. Inspections are to be done DAILY.
- Assist with the maintenance of the attractions and store rooms: mats, padding, springs, frames, netting, bull, tools, etc.
- Assist with ordering supplies for the park operations.
- Opening Procedures: opening doors, turning on monitors, turn on lights and music, counting safe, verifying tills, opening Big Eats, staffing positions, etc. (See Check List)
- Closing Procedures: locking doors, turning off monitors, turn off lights and music, cashing out cashiers, counting safe, closing Big Eats, cleaning facility, etc. (See Check List)
- Assist and implement on going staff training. (In Service Trainings, Mini Meetings)
- Document via written warning any staff transgressions from training manuals.
- Document via witness reports any guest or staff injury or major disagreement, making sure all proper documents are filled out correctly and accurately for GM.
- Make sure all shift charts are properly filled out and turned in EVERY DAY.
- Administer First Aid when necessary for guests or staff.
- Collaborate with Events Team members if needed. Court Monitors may need to be pulled to hosts parties. (Sales Manager, Coordinators and Hosts and Hostesses, Reception)
- Represent park(s) at outside conventions, vendor shows, association meetings & employee events.
- Expected to work nights, weekends and holidays. Managers will open and close the facility
- Knowledge and competence of Center Edge POS system and its modules.
- Make decisions as a Manager would during any situation that represents “Big Air” in a professional and courteous manner.

Prerequisites:
- Undergraduate Degree preferred, not required.
- Proficient with English Grammar. Multiple languages a plus.
- Proficient phone skills.
- Proficient in Guest Service Skills.
- Detail oriented
- Working knowledge of hospitality and guest services.
- Well-spoken and outgoing personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated to seek constant improvement.
- Motivated to learn new skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $42,000.00 per year
