Summary of Position
Elon University is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach. The assistant will work with the Head Coach to assist with all aspects of the program. Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules compliance and adherence to NCAA regulations.

General Purpose of Position
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Head Women’s Lacrosse coach to recruit, develop, and train student-athletes to be successful in the classroom and on the field of play.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Evaluate prospective student-athletes
2. Assist with daily practice and game preparation
3. Maintain compliance logs and other required documentation.
4. Assist with ordering of equipment and supplies
5. Demonstrate a commitment to NCAA rules compliance and adherence to NCAA regulations
