Coordinates payroll to ensure successful completion of documentation and transactions.
Enert invoices in a timely manner.
Work requires professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to organize, document and implement detailed programs.
Must be motivated and detail-oriented. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly in a fast paced environment and demonstrate complex problem solving skills.
Must have attention to detail.
Ability to train employees on use of time clock.
Keep up with all OSHA and Workers Comp and FMLA
Processing, onboarding of new employees including set up of orientation.
Ability to keep employee files up to date with all pertinent information.
Ability to communicate well with residents, visitors, family and fellow employees.
Ability to multi-task and take initiative to problem solve.
Ability to answer multi-phone lines with courtesy and professionalism.
This position requires standing, sitting, stooping, bending and some lifting.
Tracking of evaluations due and communicate to managers.
Other duties may be added as necessary.
