Position : Tech Support

Working days: Mon-Fri
- Monitor and respond to inbound emails in the Vendor Intake mailbox
- Assist with the maintenance of various databases and software systems
- New user set-up requests, tracking and monitoring completion
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative, technical and customer service-oriented role
