Job description
- 1) Assembles complete motorcycles, atvs, and utility sports performing any combination of following tasks: Positions and clamps frame in fixture.
- 2) Bolts fork, motor, transmission, rear and front wheels, chain drives, handlebars, lights, seats, and other parts to frame, using hand tools or power tools.
- 3) Turns gas or spark handle controls, and adjustment screws on distributor and carburetor to set spark and gas feed.
- 4) Turns screws to adjust chain drive and clutch to specified tension.
- 5) Focuses headlight on testing board and turns adjustment screws to align beam of light.
- 6) Lubricates motorcycle with grease gun.
- Receiving, processing, labeling, and storing incoming stock.
- Maintaining clear records on all inventory and stock.
- Inspecting all stock for damages and keeping records of damages.
- Organizing the warehouse space.
- Preparing orders for shipment.
- Recording exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
- Operating stock management tools; for example, a forklift.
- Counting stock and keeping inventory records.
- A high school diploma.
- Experience with inventory software.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina.
- The ability to be a team player.
