Assembler II / Line Leader Opening

We are working with a client of ours to help fill a 2nd Shift Line Leader position and a 3rd Assembler position they have open. This is an Assembler ll, Line Leader role that supports the Assembly Department to insure efficiencies of all required processes. Our client offers a very competitive pay rate, along with a strong PTO, Benefits package.
Assembler II / Line Leader Required Skillset/experience:
- High School diploma
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Mechanical ability necessary
- Must be able to lift up to 44lbs
- Deal with constraints and deadlines
- Ability to use computers and other electronic interface equipment

- Lead the assembly team with direction from Group Leader
- Support productions positions with work assignments as needed
- Accurately picking parts necessary for production orders
- Provide training for other assemblers
- Cooperation with assembly team
