Asphalt Plant Foreman
Position Overview:
Western Engineering is looking for an individual with supervisory experience of an Asphalt plant crew working in an outdoor and safety conscious environment. You must be dependable and willing to work flexible hours as schedule demands with occasional night work being possible. This is a supervisor position requiring flexibility in that you will be responsible for the supervision, operations and maintenance of the mill crew, equipment and work as directed. This is a full time position with travel required throughout the states of Nebraska and Iowa.
Requirements:
- Successfully pass employment drug screening testing
- Leadership / Supervision of crew members
-Willing to travel through out Nebraska and Iowa
-Must be committed to providing and promoting a safe work environment.
-Must be self-motivated,
-Must be willing to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
