Position: Arcade Attendant-Watiki Indoor Waterpark Resort
Pay: $14 an hour and upwards DOE
Full and part-time positions available!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling and issuing wristbands and other items in the arcade.
- Provides information to guests by answering inquiries regarding the waterpark and hotel and other services guests may require
- Ensures confidentiality, security and safety of all guests regarding Front Desk communications at all times
- Compute bills, post charges, collects payment and makes change for guests.
- Runs various reports - hand written and computer.
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk and lobby area.
- Wear a uniform up to property standards and name tag at all times on property.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Must be 15 years or older.
- Must have strong computer skills and ability to learn cash management system(s).
- Ability to quickly learn front desk technical procedures, such as: selling skills, computer operations, telephone operations, etc.
- Strong communication and listening skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with the general public, employees, co-workers and with all levels of management.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a high volume work setting with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Dependable with reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekday day shifts and weekend night shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
