Tech Rage IT has an exciting opportunity to join our company as an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will prospect for new leads, follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, set up appointments, and grow the pipeline for the Sales Team. Your hard work helps the company boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

AS AN APPOINTMENT GENERATOR, YOU WILL HELP TECH RAGE IT GROW BY:
- Learning the Company’s sales training materials and participating in weekly sales coaching sessions.
- Actively and consistently making 75-100 dials per day within two weeks from the start date.
- Talking to leads and prospects. A lot. Asking decision makers such as CEOs, COOs, Office Managers, Owners, etc., of small and mid-sized businesses smart, targeted questions to qualify them and identify technology needs.
- Setting 3-7 qualified appointments per week by overcoming high-level objections.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities including phone calls, follow-up activities, leads qualified, etc. in the company’s CRM.
- Actively participating in sales and marketing meetings.
WHAT IT TAKES:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 8am and 6pm, Eastern Time.
- 1+ years of experience in Business-to-Business cold calling, inside sales, telemarketing, telesales or outbound sales.
- Proficient use of computers, including working on multiple applications and web browsers simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and self-starter individual with a desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Outstanding problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Successfully pass pre-employment verification checks.
- Designated, private and quiet home office setup.
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience working with cloud-based CRM and dialing software to access leads and make calls.
- Market knowledge of the Central Florida area
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
- Knowledge or experience in selling Information Technology solutions
