Appointment Scheduler / Patient Communication Job at TARLANI Healthcare
Job Summary:
The scheduler / patient communication coordinator is responsible for following up with the status of the schedules from the previous day by contacted the Registered Nurses in the field and gather all reports from them. The employee must report all missed visits to supervisors and leads of the department. This is a great fit for someone who has excellent customer service skills, communication ethics, proactivity, organizational skills, and a problem-solving attitude.
Main Requirments:
- Answering phones/emails,
- Provide quality customer service
- Educating and counseling patients about procedures
- Help with scheduling
- Data entry
- Support both nurses and other staff at the head office
- Flexible and adaptable
- Be open to taking late shifts and weekend shifts is a MUST
- Be exceptionally organized, neat, detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient
- Be a team player that interacts well with others and is able to work under pressure.
- Background in Home Health is preferred.
