Job Description

We are looking for a bright Support and Application Engineer to provide enterprise level technical support to our customers. The technician will provide support via phone, web, email and other channels as required. A background in engineering of HVAC and Lighting controls is preferred.

Building Automation and control is an interesting and growing field with the advent of IoT devices, green technologies and focus on energy efficiency.

Support and Application Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Taking ownership of customers issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution

· Researching, diagnosis, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues

· Following standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal team

· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers

· Insure proper recording and closure of all issues

· Holding product trainings and customer introduction for LOYTEC products

· Creating PLC/program applications according to the customer specification

· Design and configure HMI applications according to the customer specification

Desired Skills:

· Experience in HVAC and Lighting controls or engineering

· Knowledge of common Building Automation Systems and protocols

· Knowledge of JavaScript and IoT

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Excellent client-facing skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
