As an Applications Analyst for our Commercial Products area, you will work with a Senior Analyst to provide internal support of the Commercial Admin applications. In this position you will assist with the ongoing development, implementation and evaluation of the product’s training programs and processes. You will work closely with vendors, NSB’s Information Technology department, and end users to ensure enhancements and updates that are completed are successful and training occurs.
Some specific items you may work on:
- Work closely with our vendor as it relates to software development, enhancements, and problem resolution.
- Assist end users with support needed to utilize the platform and resources effectively.
- Monitor data integrity
- Assist with creation and updates to operational documents to keep all information current
- Document and resolve system issues and tracks the information to identify trends and create future training opportunities for the team and end users
We are looking for someone with the following education, experience and skills:
- A Self - Starting, innovative, problem solver!
- Technical aptitude
- Solid understanding of commercial credit and computer administration
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
