Apartment Manager Job at Realtex Housing Management
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual with apartment management experience who has the ability to take the lead and manage our senior living community of 76 units.
An experienced manager or strong assistant manager ready to take the lead would be ideal for this position.
Job requirements are but not limited to:
- Lease-up & Affordable Housing Tax Credit experience preferred
- Supervise office and maintenance staff
- Oversee all phases of on-site operations including maintenance, rent collections,
and all tenant relations Coordinate and oversee maintenance request work orders, estimates, approvals, repairs
- Vendor purchase orders and invoicing
- Daily deposits
- Notices, small balance statements, past due, 3 & 7 days notices
- Process move in leases, renewals and move out dispositions.
- Knowledge and compliance with company policies, Federal, State and local housing
guidelines (fair housing) Ability to multi-task, make effective decisions, identify and resolve issues in a timely manner Represents the company and corporate office in a professional and courteous manner Assist with sales & leasing activities to achieve property revenue and occupancy goals

- Assist in greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property and apartment tours
- Stays informed with current and competitors market
- Willingness to learn and take on new task
- Reliable transportation and Valid Driver's License
