Large apartment community in the Lake Mary/Sanford area is seeking a full-time lead maintenance technician to join our team!
Applicant must have the following to be considered: routine maintenance experience including (but not limited to) HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, grounds upkeep, carpentry, painting, unit turns, appliance repair, emergency on-call availability.
Must have the ability to work hard, be dedicated and highly dependable. Self-starter, team player, ability to follow directions and follow through on all repairs and requests. MUST have own basic tools, vehicle and valid driver's license.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
