Primary Role:

We are currently seeking a business analyst to support the company’s mission to establish a strong analytics program through the implementation of our new Oracle Analytics Cloud solution (part of Fusion Analytics Warehouse). This position will work directly with business leaders, users, and IT teammates to plan, define, design, test, implement, and support Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) reports, dashboards, and data modeling activities. Our primary systems are Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Supply Chain Management.

Duties:

· Partners with stakeholders to define and deliver requests for new OAC dashboards and reports

· Participate in all of phases of a system development lifecycle such as planning, requirements, implementation, testing, training, and ongoing support

· Collaborate with data engineer(s) on data acquisition of new sources, data modeling, and augmenting Oracle’s out-of-the-box KPI’s and analyses

· Delivers enhancements and acts as a team member on projects

· Perform root cause analysis for OAC issues and develop solutions / tuning / configuration improvements

· Leads end users through training and testing by creating user guides, training materials, and test plans related to analytic solutions

· Partner with 3rd party support organizations (such as application managed services or Oracle support) to resolve issues and troubleshoot data flows

· Oversee OAC security, permissions, and end-user access

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related experience

· Must have a demonstrated ability to customize and configure Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboard, reports, and perform administration

· Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud or similar analytics platform

· Experience working with 3rd party support (both application management services and Oracle support)

· Experience working with ERP and Supply Chain data and use cases

· Experience with healthcare, regulated industries, computer systems validation, and GMP is preferred
