We are a leading vector database company for enterprise-grade AI. Our technology and products help many organizations worldwide easily create AI applications in various scenarios. These include computer vision, image retrieval, video analysis, NLP, recommendation engines, targeted ads, customized search, smart chatbots, fraud detection, network security, new drug discovery, and much more.
What you will do:
- Provide technical leadership to customers to build a successful understanding, evaluation, and adoption of our Cloud
- Consult on architecture and design, bootstrap, and implement strategic customer initiatives
- Build production-ready reference architectures, how-tos, and demo applications
- Architect, implement, and/or validate integrations with third-party applications
- Promote our platform across our developer community through online and in-person events
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with experience presenting technical solutions, products, and services
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role for a data infrastructure company
- Ability to design and architect distributed data systems
- Comfortable writing code in either GoLang, Java, or Python
- BS in Computer Science or a related field such as Information Systems or Mathematics
- Strong knowledge of machine learning models (BERT, ViT, Resnet) and training strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
