* 7+ years' experience in agile coaching role could be enterprise or team focused
* Experience working across multiple organizations with different agile practices (i.e. Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
* Creative, energetic and passionate personality
* Experience building an engineering culture in an organization
* Experience with agile maturity models, team assessments, LPM and OKRs
* Proficient in Jira
* Bachelors Degree
* ICP-ACC (Agile Coach certification)
* CSM or PSM (Scrum Master certification)
* CSPO or ICP-APO (Product Owner certification)
Plusses
* other agile related certifications and licenses
* background in Program Management, Software Development or Release Management
* Financial Services or FinTech exposure is a plus

Day-to-Day
Our client is seeking an Agile Coach to join their high performing Agile Transformation Office. Coaches will work closely with agile teams to deliver quality solutions by improving their technical practices. Candidates must be able to coach, train and mentor each role on the agile team as well as agile practices relevant to development, testing, architecture and operations. He or she must be comfortable communicating and collaborating with various levels of leadership. Prospects should be expert collaborators, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy and independence, which includes and is not limited to, organizing and driving agile events. Agile Coaches should also embrace a support leadership attitude and have experience working with several different agile practices and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, LeSS and XP. Any prior coaching session literature that can be provided is highly preferred.

Pay: $95.00 - $105.00 per hour
