Mission Montessori is currently seeking a warm individual for our After-School & Curbside Support role. In this part-time role, you would be working with several other curbside team members to support our pick-up process thereby ensuring a positive, safe, and smooth experience and that everyone feels cared for. This is a wonderful position for someone who wants to spend more time in a school setting and prefers being active and spending time outdoors to sitting at a desk.

Start Date & Hours:

• Our ideal hours are Monday to Friday 2:45pm to 5:15pm. If you have hours are that are similar, but don't fully match these, we may still be able to make it work.
• Start date is flexible, but would ideally be in the first weeks of September 2022.

What You Would Be Doing:

• escorting children to their parents

• assisting with arts and crafts, outdoor playtime, and more

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

• have the ability and desire to interact with parents and co-workers in a warm, empathetic, competent, and respectful manner

• be trustworthy and committed to caring for children responsibly
• have a joyful disposition and love of working with children of all ages

• have excellent attendance and punctuality
• enjoy being outdoors
• prefer work that keeps them moving around
• be fluent in Spanish - not required, but a plus!
