We are looking for an experienced aesthetics injector, lights, and laser (RN/NP/PA) to join our team at Aloha Med Spa in Lihue, Kaua'i. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of experience as an aesthetic injector/ lights and lasers and is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Willingness to train less experienced injectors and collaborate as part of a close-knit team is critical. Comfort with developing comprehensive treatment plans (alongside our medical director) to include multiple modalities including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser/IPL, microneedling, body contouring, etc. is also crucial.

For those interested not already living on our beautiful island, as mainland transplants ourselves we understand relocating to Kaua'i can be a daunting undertaking, we will work with you through the transistion and move.

Job Description:

Aesthetic Injector Clinician/ Lights and Lasers (PA, RN, NP)

Candidate must have outstanding customer services, sales and marketing skills, and the knowledge to educate and give guidance to patients about skincare and products.

What you'll do:

• Have an excellent standard of service and maintain protocols
• Administer cosmetic procedures and laser treatments in our medical spa
• Develop a specific treatment plan for clients and an ongoing follow-up
• Educate patients on products to enhance their surgical procedures
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization
• Attend team meetings, promotional events, and seminars
• Develop an appropriate treatment plan based on the client consultations
• Professional appearance reflecting the Industry
• Administering injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and volumizing using dermal fillers such as Radiesse, Juvederm, Restylane, Voluma, Botox
• Administer Lights and Laser treatments, as wellas Microneedling and medical level chemical peels.
• Recommends various spa treatments, skin regimens based on client consultation

What you'll need:

• 2+ years aesthetic injectable experience preferred
• Management or team leadership experience
• Experience with EMR software a plus
• Must be a licensed Physician Assistant OR Registered Nurse in the state of Hawaii or be able to obtain licensure.
• Solid Sales Experience
• Loves the industry and working with people
