Make a difference in a teen’s life! Help us assist teenagers in gaining the comprehensive skills necessary to successfully reintegrate into their local school, community and family home.
Join our dynamic team to help adolescents struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges. Our Residential Counselors play a critical role in our program, conducting individual & group activities to help teen-age residents develop social skills, resolve problems and achieve their goals. We also have Relief positions available, which have excellent opportunities for growth!
Salary range: $18.25/hr

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- BA Degree in psychology or other related field
- 2 years relevant life experience in the child welfare, mental health or juvenile justice system as a consumer or caregiver
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSES:
- To communicate effectively, with the ability to solve problems in collaborative manner
- Ability to provide consistency and to provide behavioral limits though relationship-based interventions
- Qualified applicants must also have a valid California Driver License, at least of 3 years’ driving experience, a clean driving record (required) and be insurable for driving by the agency’s insurance company.
