Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.
We are seeking a Full-Time Admission Specialist to join our team located at our corporate office in Miami, Florida. This is an in-office position. Schedule is 9:00 am-5:30 pm Monday-Friday
Join a team of empathetic, compassionate, highly skilled employees to support the admission process for multiple states. Admission Specialists gain experience in clinical assessments, mental health diagnoses including eating disorders, personality disorders, and more.

- Facilitates and coordinates the admissions process for clients seeking treatment to MNA programs.
- Work in partnership with outpatient providers to obtain necessary medical and clinical information to determine appropriate level of care.
- Works collaboratively with other staff to ensure effective communication and exceptional customer service is provided.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy)- Master’s degree preferred
- Behavioral health experience preferred
- Time management and communication skills, and able to work independently or on a team
- Ability to execute quickly, with a “consultative selling” approach
- Experience with insurance and collection of finances preferred but not required
- Flexible availability to ensure full coverage of department
