Job Description:
- Make clients feel welcome and cared for, while helping our business run smoothly.
- Responsible for client communication and customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule clients and fitness professionals
- Process client payments/billing
- Compile marketing and sales reports
- Work on special projects
- Execute various marketing tasks
- Coordinate office activity.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate.
- Must possess excellent communication and organization skills.
- Must be well versed with computer programs such as word, excel, publisher, power point, and outlook.
- Must be able to quickly learn and utilize scheduling, billing, and database management software
Hours: Part time: 20-25hrs per week, but possible option for full time 40 hours/week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
