Taft Family Ventures is looking for a dynamic individual to join our corporate office in beautiful Uptown Greenville. The successful candidate will have a proven work history in office administration or similar support role, job longevity, and the ability to multitask.

Job Duties

Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting and announcing visitors.

Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.

Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.

Personal Assistant duties.

Process incoming and outgoing mail.

Bank and post office runs as well as office related errands.

Set appointments.

Manages calendars.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate's degree preferred.

Ability to write clearly and help with contract administration when necessary.

Warm personality with strong communication skills.

Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
