Your ‘day to day’:
Provide support subject to internal procedures and orientation in order to guarantee an efficient execution of the activities necessary to the good functioning of the Department and achievement of business goals.
To perform administrative duties with technical or specialized content, operate specific computer processing systems and provide secretarial support to ensure the efficient day to day assistance to the management.
The Accountabilities/Crucial Job Functions of this position are not limited to the following list. Other functions may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities:
Establish technical or financial documents, look for additional information required, check for completeness and accuracy in order to support the department needs.
Perform clerical and administrative duties such as travel arrangements, meetings, scheduling and agenda.
Collect, consolidate and analyze data from different sources in order to prepare reports and statistics according to defined procedures.
Handle contact with outside partners of the department, coordinate eventual corrective actions according to procedures in order to meet internal and external business requirements.
Prepare and edit all technical or business-related presentations and submit the documents for review and final approval in order to meet the needs of the area / department.
Respond to information requests, which require finding elements from various sources and prepare ad-hoc correspondence or report in order to meet the needs of the requestors.
To be successful:
A Bachelor or master’s degree Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of experience in similar or equivalent context in quality assurance: tobacco, food, pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent knowledge of Product/Process Qualification and Customer Care.
Experience in managerial role and leading teams required.
Professional knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
Prior experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment is a plus
Experience with SAP or similar systems
