Description
Poppert & Company, a CPA practice located in Lower Gwynedd PA, is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Office duties include receptionist function, general office administration, appointment scheduling, records management and special projects. We are looking for someone to start with approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours with time and experience, especially during our busiest seasons.
Requirements
Applicants should have experience in general office administration with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are essential to this position. Previous work experience in an accounting office would be a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $34,964.00 - $36,350.00 per year
