JOB SUMMARY: Assist with overseeing all daily office operations and management of all office machines and systems. Act as liaison with corporate office on operational matters. Answer incoming calls as needed. Provide administrative support to Leasing Department and Sales/Leasing (Brokerage) Department including anticipating the needs of the Agents and suggesting and implementing the most effective ways to maximize their efforts.

GENERALIZED WORK ACTIVITIES
- Performing Administrative Activities – Performing high-level administrative support by assisting with research, statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions for example preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Interacting with Computers – Using computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to set up functions, enter data and process information.
- Retrieval of Information – Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.
- Communicating with Supervisors, Peers or Subordinates – Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail or in person.
- Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships – Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
KNOWLEDGE
- Clerical – Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
- English Language – Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment and meeting quality standards of services.
- Computer and Electronics – Knowledge of electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications.

- Basic to the Position – Efficient in all Microsoft Office Applications, Excellent keyboarding skills and internet navigation, positive and professional manner, personable and well-groomed appearance, punctual and dependable

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Some college preferred or relevant work experience applicable to position
