Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Receive general phone calls and greet visitors
- Receive and dispatch lead calls and job referrals
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry, including analyzing dispatch reports
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling
- Perform general administration duties
- Assist other departments, as needed
Position Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative or office related experience
- Customer service experience, quality assurance and scheduling a plus
- Experience in service industry environment a plus, but not required
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Polite, confident and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning
- Ability to remain calm and professional during tense or stressful situations
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to multitask
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software
- Minimum HSD/GED preferred
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
- Manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) Board: Ensure staff is updated on daily schedules and job status, resulting in informed crews.
- Prepare job paperwork for Crew/Estimator: Verify all appropriate forms are sent to loss site.
- Enter estimates:Convert Estimator’s scope into electronic estimate.

Competitive pay based on experience

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
