We provide specialist advisory legal services in Insurance Law and Commercial & Insurance Litigation and Insolvency. We have an opportunity available in our Sydney office for a highly organised and dedicated administration assistant to assist and provide a range of legal support and administrative services to lawyers and other legal professionals engaged in Insurance & Commercial Litigation.

This will include but will not be limited to:

• Liaising with clients, debtors, third parties, all courts and sheriffs.
• Drafting court documents
• Drafting letters and other correspondence
• Managing files
• Preparing and updating reports
• Lodgements by e-file
• Collating briefs

This is a great role for you if you are looking for your first opportunity within a legal office.

You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, effective time management and a team focus. Experience using Practice Evolve software will be advantageous.
