Our organization is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to help support our fast-paced and growing team. The Administrative Assistant will be tasked with a wide range of tasks including maintaining spreadsheets, managing charts, and compiling information for reports. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong time management skills and an ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and other professionals.
- Handle documents and correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Manage a calendar for the CEO and other staff.
- Organize files and records; update information and distribution lists.
- Work independently or as part of a team.
- Ask for help when needed.
- Attend training sessions to keep skills up-to-date.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
