Growing fast - Looking for Postage Collector

YOUR MISSION AS A POSTAGE COLLECTOR

Your mission as the Postage Collector is to meet our 1pm deadline of collecting all postage for that day and making sure the mailings are passed along to our Mailing List Processors correctly.

You will also be making follow up calls to anyone that missed their previous mail date or anyone that has future mailings that they are sending out.

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE

• Being in direct communication with our customers and taking payments via the phone, e-mail or our website.
• Being friendly and service orientated.
• Communicating with CSR’s (Customer Service Representative) when necessary.

WORK HOURS

• This is a full-time office position
• The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm

COMPENSATION

• Pay is $13.00/hr to start
• After 90 days, with a favorable review and completion of your first 90 days training program your pay will increase to $14.00/hr
