You will be working with a responsible, purposeful team of people in our small, collaborative office.

Pay

Starting at $20-$22 per hour. With the potential for a performance-based raise.

Full Job Description

Jagra Masonry is a consistently growing professional Masonry Company who is excited to bring an Administrative Assistant to join our Team. This is a full-time position from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. This job requires your physical presence in our office.

Interested Applicants must:

  • Be fluently bilingual. (Polish-English) (More languages are an advantage)
  • Be proficient in information technologies. (Email, Microsoft Office, Phones, Calendars, Google Drive)
  • Be organized, have excellent proven time management skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be detail oriented, accountable, and persistent.
  • Have superior oral and written communication skills and a focus on client service, exercising independent judgment.
  • Be a self-starter.
  • Have developed decision making skills.

As a locally owned and operated company you will be in consistent contact and collaboration with the owner/operator and marketing professional. They will also be there to aid in the initial training period.

Helpful skills and experience:

  • Experience in customer service or restaurant industry is an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is an advantage.
  • Experience in calendars and scheduling is an advantage.
  • Skill in customer-oriented communication and keeping customers satisfied.
  • Conflict resolution skills.

Job duties include:

  • Answer phones and support the intake of customer information and inquires.
  • Use this information to schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence, for customers and vendors.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Keep track of bookings and sales meetings within a CRM software.
  • Drafting proposals and agreements using our templates.
  • Performing research on special tasks when needed.
  • Other administrative tasks when assigned.
