Ad Campaign Coordinator Job at Internet Brands

Los Angeles-based, Internet Brands is currently seeking an ad campaign coordinator to help develop and manage advertising relationships across our multiple verticals, with an emphasis of working closely with our Travel and Leisure division.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team in developing and managing our direct relationships with advertisers and ad agencies to help execute successful online ad campaigns

  • Participate in pre/post sale process and assist with research and development, media planning, sales pitches, and client proposals

  • Collaborate with sales teams and ad operations to create and optimize ad/sales campaigns in relation to an advertiser's campaign goals

  • Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance

  • Communicate with sales and A/R department to ensure invoice accuracies

  • Use various online interfaces to manage customer ad and billing accounts

Experience/Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years previous customer service and/or digital media experience

  • Great energy and work ethic

  • Internet savvy with a willingness to learn new technology

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-through skills

  • Excellent communication skills; must be comfortable in client-facing role and be quick, clear and concise to internal and external stakeholders

  • Able to recognize and resolve complex problems and customer needs

  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, and Slides

  • Knowledge of HTML a plus

  • Experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic a plus
