VitalSource®, is hiring an Accounts Receivable to contribute to our Finance team located in Norwalk, Connecticut (hybrid).

We are actively hiring a temporary Accounts Receivable in Norwalk, CT. This is a hybrid position that will require 2 to 3 days onsite, in the office. The anticipated end date is September 2023 but can be subject to change. This opportunity is not eligible for any other compensation, benefits, or paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

• AR mailbox: Using ZenDesk, response / resolution within SLA of 24 hours
• External and Internal Customer service responses
• Gatekeeping inquiries to direct to product (or other party) for resolution
• Daily postings / accounting for Merchant account
• Weekly / Monthly invoicing
• Generated from CSR voucher invoice tool
• Verify, update contacts in automatic invoicing tool
• Manual invoice posting (as required)
• Manual credits as required
• Monthly Statements
• Assist Collections with inquiries / invoicing questions
• Remote capture check deposits (in office – 1-3 days per week)
• VR/VA vouchers –
• Coordinate with CSMs for setup & administration
• Assist in Collection from VR/Tungsten agencies
• Invoice reprint requests
• Assist with other accounting department tasks / projects as required
