Responsibilities Include:
- Codes data for input in financial data processing system according to company procedures.
- Maintains financial data files for accuracy and completeness.
- Compiles and sorts documents such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Reconciles reports discrepancies and problems.
- Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed and totals accounts to ledgers or computer spreadsheets and databases.
- Assists in mailing weekly packages, checks and other information to units and/or vendors.
- Reviews computer printouts for accuracy.
- Maintains vendor files.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be familiar with computers and WINDOWS applications like word processing, spreadsheets, and Internet access.
- Experience with Great Plains Dynamics preferred.
