Responsibilities Include:
  • Codes data for input in financial data processing system according to company procedures.
  • Maintains financial data files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Compiles and sorts documents such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
  • Reconciles reports discrepancies and problems.
  • Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed and totals accounts to ledgers or computer spreadsheets and databases.
  • Assists in mailing weekly packages, checks and other information to units and/or vendors.
  • Reviews computer printouts for accuracy.
  • Maintains vendor files.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Required Education/Experience
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be familiar with computers and WINDOWS applications like word processing, spreadsheets, and Internet access.
  • Experience with Great Plains Dynamics preferred.
