Pioneer Manufacturing Company, Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, experienced candidate to serve as an entry-level Accounts Payable Clerk at its manufacturing plant located on the West Side of Cleveland.
Responsibilities
- Properly code and distribute all incoming invoices.
- Review invoice errors and apply credits where needed
- Efficiently and accurately enter all data into the ERP program.
- Resolve system issues
- Review and reconcile monthly vendor statements.
- Maintain and organize the filing system.
- Process of cutting/mailing checks
- Other tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor and Accounting Manager
