Site Location – Corporate Office, 105 Niles Ave, South Bend IN

Centrally located with in the US, provides for our global operations. Functions of the corporate office include accounting, human resources, information systems & services, supply chain management and legal departments.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assemble and review production vendor invoices, purchase orders, receiving documents and other information for processing.
  • Support improvement of existing automated process.
  • Problem resolution on issues related to vendor invoices.
  • Input vendor invoices into SAP.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
  • Process SAP Easy exceptions.
  • Ensure invoices submitted to A/P email box are distributed for processing.
  • Process non- production invoices matching to proper receiver.
  • Ensure P.O. are signed off.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, SAP and Microsoft Exel and Word.
  • Accurate data entry skills essential.
  • 2 - 3 years prior Accounts Payable knowledge.
  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • Accurate and precise Math aptitude (must be able to add, subtract, divide, etc.)
  • Prior knowledge of accounts payable accounting procedures helpful.
