We're looking for a Product Specialist with finance and HR acumen to join our growing team. This role will learn how the preconfigured solutions solves business issues regarding paper and manual processes. Understand the features, do testing and define improvements. Prepare marketing and configuration documentation and videos as well as provide training internally and externally.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with technical experts to create or refine Accounting, HR or business solutions and document the new processes.
• Test new feature functionality.
• Prepare pre-configured materials.
• Coordinate and support creating final technical documentation.
• Create videos on solution functionality.
• Lead daily/weekly group meetings and responsible for any follow up items.
• Prepare required documentation for quarterly meetings for Sales and/or Management.
• Provide solution training.
• Collect feedback from the market (customers, sales, partners and competitors).
• Support Sales Team.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in defining, managing, and monitoring administrative processes in Accounting, HR, and general business.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Understanding of cloud-based services.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Assertiveness.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Your benefits

• Competitive starting pay between $65,000 and $75,000 per year, depending on experience
