$17 - $25 an hour

We are seeking a full time bookkeeper with 3+ years of experience. Candidate must have Quickbooks desktop experience and possess excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and must be able to excel in a fast paced work environment. Candidate must be able to collect on pending accounts. Customer service, accounting, and collection skills are a must!

Candidate must be punctual, have Microsoft Office experience, exhibit time management skills, possess strong work ethics, and be a team player. Previous collection and bookkeeping references is preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years Quickbooks experience (desktop version - contractor version)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;

Excellent clerical skills and ability to multi-task;

Self-motivated and ability to work independently;

Ability to exist in face-paced work environment;

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook;

Computer saavy

JOB DUTIES/QUALIFICATIONS:

Review voluminous incoming checks

Accounts payable/receivable

Prepare disbursements

Prepare all deposits

Prepare Quickbooks reports

Reconciling accounts on quickbooks (desktop version)

Collect and keep records of pending accounts - assist with closing accounts with balances. Reaching out to customers, providing the solutions necessary with your team in order to collect balances and close the accounts. This is crucial role needed for this position, if you have no collections experience or quickbooks (desktop version) experience please don't apply.
