Accounting Assistant Job at Keystone Staffing Solutions, LLC
Seeking an Accounting Assistant for an opening in Johnstown, PA!
Duties:
- Pulling, stuffing, and mailing checks
- Distribute and review morning reports
- Review newly set-up client online access accounts
- Review and process a variety of transactions, including: bill pay and tracking, posting receipts/deposits/transfers, wire transactions, preparing collateral reports, processing incoming stop payment and reversal requests, and general account maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, post-secondary education in accounting/finance a strong plus
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Able to multi-task and work within a team
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Johnstown, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- accounting/finance: 1 year (Preferred)
