ACCOUNT MANAGER Job at Suncoast Beverage Sales Llc
Market and manage Arkansas Beverage Sales products within an assigned territory, servicing specific accounts on a regular basis. Assume leadership responsibilities in sales and customer service.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assume all specific job responsibilities related to the Account Manager Position, including but not limited to:
- Insure proper rotation of product in a timely manner with the color code system, including stocking, merchandising, etc. of all products in the market
- Knowledge of all pricing, promotions and company goals
- Communicates to management all changes and occurrences in the market including competitive activity
- Sell-in and maintain new and existing packages and displays
- Dominate the market with permanent and paper point of sale
- Maintain package integrity and quality standards in the marketplace
- Consistently selling products to the customers in order to meet the company’s goals
- Responsible for maintaining and improving market share
- Responsible for the adherence to company standards, guidelines, policy and procedures
- Assist in the proper training of Assistant Account Managers
- Provide feedback as necessary regarding employee issues, morale, productivity, etc.
- Oversee and maintain company equipment
- Any other tasks as requested by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage as determined by Arkansas Beverage Sales – employee must provide proof of adequate coverage (declarations page from personal auto insurance policy that verifies limits of liability)
- Physical ability to complete all job tasks-repetitive lifting, bending, pulling and pushing, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs continuously, overhead
- Willingness to work until the entire job is completed, including working in adverse weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays, as the company dictates
- Complete all required Safety training
- Complete and become certified in the ABU Selling Skills WIL training class
- Complete all other continued training for position
- Read, review, and be prepared to explain Arkansas Beverage Sales’ Policy Manual
- Basic math and Computer skills
- Strong communicative skills
- Self motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to present yourself in a professional manner at all times
- Attend all scheduled company and team sales meetings
- Maintain Insurability as determined by Arkansas Beverage Sales
