Overview of the Role:

Under the guidance of the President, the Account Manager will drive high client satisfaction and growth within Full Spectrum’s existing accounts. In this role, the Account Manager will attend to the needs of the accounts directly and help to lead the account teams serving them. This role requires business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills and a strong drive to succeed.




Primary Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the President/Chief Commercial Officer to ensure a high level of client satisfaction within Full Spectrum’s accounts
    • Overall management of the relationship with assigned accounts.
    • Development of account plans that include the strategy for growing account revenue leveraging an understanding of our account’s business and products.
    • Input and review of account communications, including reports and deliverables, to ensure clarity and utility of client communications.
    • Close interaction with the project teams to understand and help communicate any key achievements and challenges.

Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal skills enabling the Account Manager to successfully interact with all levels of management internally and within the client organization.
    • Strong organizational skills enabling the Account Manager to create, drive and measure account plans, their effectiveness and their evolution.
    • Analytical skills specific for tracking and forecasting revenue, building out and measuring account focused campaigns, and other reporting and analysis needs this role may require.
    • Cultivate existing relationships with clients and seek opportunities within existing accounts, while constantly prospecting and seeking opportunities with new, unfamiliar leads.



Qualifications:

    • Degree in business, engineering, or medical related field
    • 3+ years of experience and success in the area of Account Management
    • Must have prior experience 'Selling Services'
    • Experience with Salesforce and ZoomInfo preferred
    • Proficient and creating and presenting plans, reports and presentations
